Charlotte, N.C.’s own, Bettie Grind, is back with a new track entitled “Groove”. The track has a sensual feel and features singer Sequence Clark, who was also featured on Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers mixtape. Both artists ask that you don’t disturb their groove….. as they well you know “get it on”! Bettie Grind has definitely been putting on for his city as his second solo LP This Real Life will drop soon. Grind came out the gate with the production and co-sign of hit-producer Drumma Boy with his single “Dammit I’m Fly”. As you know Drumma Boy doesn’t just co-sign anyone. Although “Groove” samples The System’s 1987 hit “Don’t Disturb The Groove” it’s actually reminiscent of that classic feel early 2000s Hip Hop and R&B collaborations gave. Take a listen below.
