The word came out this week that rapper Lil Boosie is going to be released from prison this month.

Boosie got in contact with his publicist Chew Davis of Von Chew Media & Entertainment to release a statement on his side. Boosie confirmed that he will be released this month but did not give an exact date to the public because of safety reasons.

Lil Boosie also said that any schedules for appearances or shows, or bookings under his name that were not conducted by his brother/manager Taquari “TQ” Hatch or Johnnie Cabbell are false.

“I can’t wait to get out and squash all that sh*t,” says Boosie.

Boosie also said that he has hundreds of songs written and ready to be recorded. He also pointed out that his new material will be “real life music.”

“I think the folks are waiting for my return to the game,” Boosie said.
