Rohan Da Great is back with another hit called “Supposed to Be”. This song starts off with the chorus which repeats “Supposed to be in love…” and other examples as to why things aren’t working out. In the song, Rohan Da Great is rapping about how much he loved the person he was with but unfortunately the opposite of love is happening. All they do is argue and fight and Rohan is really hurt about this. In the second verse, Rohan switches to an island flow and starts spitting in patois in the beginning which was dope. He also reveals how it’s his baby’s mother he’s in love with, well was in love with, because he also states how he’s not in love with her but still has love for her. She claims she’s changed but he knows he needs to move on. All in all, this song is dope and is definitely relatable. Love is a wonderful painful thing. You can never go wrong with smooth rhymes and chorus over an equally smooth beat.
