Alessia, like many young artist, saw the Internet as vessel to get her voice heard. Now signed to Def Jam Records, the songstress drops a new track, “Here.”
Representing Brampton, Ontario, which is just outside of Toronto, Alessia tells FADER that her grand introduction is a song “for all the antisocial, awkward, and miserable party-goers of the world.”
Produced by Pop and Oak and Sebastian Kole, the song is about as candid a record listeners will receive from a new artist, let alone an 18-year-old.
