Newcomers are making way in this rap scene. We have a new artist by the name of Awele Jibunoh, aka Misfit 21, who decided to pursue her passion for rap and hop on a freestyle. She raps and sings about life situations, “realizing [she] gots to slow down,” and figure out who will be there for her in the long haul. It’s a raw and honest rap over a rock-infused beat.
